Front Desk Administration/ Billing Staff

Debbie Baker
Debbie joined the front desk administration in January of 2011 after taking time out of the work field to raise her 3 children, 1 son and twin girls. Originally working in computer programming and later in physician medical coding, Debbie found her home at Reynolds & Associates PT. She is a primary point of contact for patients' insurance questions, handling all billing matters. A hands-on and do it yourself kind of woman, Debbie has tackled many challenges and contributed greatly to improving the efficiency of our office. In her spare time she likes to see 80’s cover bands, work in the yard, and spend time with her kids. As her children are involved in many extracurricular activities, she enjoys watching her son’s band concerts and twin’s sports games. Her weakness is peanut butter and chocolate.

She is currently taking additional classes and working towards enrolling in a Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. Born and raised in Durham, NC, Michelle is a huge Carolina fan and enjoys Chapel Hill, especially in the springtime.
